What is Home Health Care?

Home Health care is a service provided on an intermittent basis in the patient’s place of residence. The patient is essentially homebound (unable to leave home without the assistance of someone or something) and under the care of a physician.

The ultimate goal is to restore health and to help the patient become as self-sufficient as possible. Our home health team works with your doctor to help coordinate and provide the care recommended.

What are the benefits of Home Health Care?

The patient remains at home in the comfort of familiar surroundings. Family members can also be involved in the treatment and healing process.
